PickleSpotPH is a technology platform and marketplace facilitator connecting players with independently operated venues. PickleSpotPH may assist with refund review, but does not guarantee automatic refunds.
All bookings, payments, cancellations, no-shows, reschedules, refunds, venue rules, court availability, and service disputes are subject to the rules of the venue owner, the selected booking terms, applicable platform rules, and payment processor requirements.
Venue owners independently manage their courts, schedules, cancellation rules, refund decisions, closures, and operating policies. PickleSpotPH may help coordinate communication but is not liable for independent venue decisions, delays, refusal, or operational issues.
Payment gateway fees, processing fees, administrative fees, service fees, bank charges, payout fees, or non-refundable platform charges may be deducted from refunds when allowed by law, payment provider rules, platform rules, or venue policy.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through official PickleSpotPH support channels with proof of payment, booking details, account information, reason for request, and any supporting evidence. Incomplete requests may be delayed or denied.
Refund reviews may require coordination with venue owners, payment processors, banks, fraud prevention tools, support teams, or technical logs. Processing timelines may vary and are not fully controlled by PickleSpotPH.
Unauthorized chargebacks, false disputes, fraudulent payment claims, or payment abuse may result in account suspension, booking cancellation, collection actions, reporting to payment processors, and denial of future platform access.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed based on available evidence, booking status, venue policy, payment records, platform rules, and applicable law.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PickleSpotPH, its founder, management, developers, staff, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and partners are not liable for venue operations, player injuries, personal disputes, weather interruptions, force majeure events, third-party payment delays, failed bank processing, independent venue decisions, or user-caused errors.
PickleSpotPH reserves the right to refuse refunds, delay review, request further verification, suspend accounts, cancel suspicious bookings, withhold processing, or take protective action when fraud, abuse, policy violation, chargeback risk, or platform misuse is suspected.
PickleSpotPH may update this Refund Policy as the platform grows, payment systems change, or venue-owner requirements evolve. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated policy.
PickleSpotPH is a subscription-based digital software platform. Owner subscriptions, trial access, launch access, activation access, marketplace add-ons, upgraded plans, recurring plans, platform tools, venue management access, Open Play tools, wallet records, analytics, reporting, booking tools, and related digital services are considered digital platform access once made available to the account.
All subscription fees, trial access fees, launch access fees, activation fees, marketplace add-on fees, upgrade fees, platform fees, recurring subscription charges, and other digital service charges are final and non-refundable once access to the platform, trial access, subscription benefits, or digital services has been granted.
Subscription cancellation stops future renewals and future billing only. Cancellation does not entitle the user or owner to a refund, partial refund, prorated refund, account credit, service credit, reimbursement, or compensation for the current billing period, unused subscription time, inactivity, low booking volume, venue closure, business closure, failure to use the platform, change of mind, dissatisfaction not caused by a confirmed platform defect, or voluntary account termination.
Upgrades, downgrades, promotional plans, discounted plans, trial plans, and special offers are also non-refundable once activated or once access has been granted. Any future upgrade or renewal payment is subject to the same policy unless PickleSpotPH expressly states otherwise in writing.
Where recurring billing, tokenization, card vaulting, automatic renewals, or saved payment method functionality becomes available, the user or owner authorizes PickleSpotPH and its authorized payment processors to charge renewal fees and related plan charges according to the selected subscription until cancelled under platform policies. Failure to use the platform after renewal does not create a refund right.
Marketplace purchases, product sales, seller transactions, merchant listings, shipping, returns, replacements, warranty claims, fulfillment issues, delivery issues, product defects, inventory errors, seller disputes, and product-related refunds may be subject to separate merchant, seller, brand, or product-specific policies. PickleSpotPH is not responsible for seller-issued refunds, merchant disputes, shipping failures, product quality concerns, warranty claims, or third-party fulfillment issues except where required by applicable law.
Fraudulent chargebacks, invalid disputes, payment reversals, false unauthorized transaction claims, or attempts to avoid valid booking, subscription, marketplace, commission, or platform obligations may result in account review, suspension, feature restriction, wallet hold, payout hold, termination, collection efforts, legal enforcement, and recovery of processor fees, administrative costs, penalties, losses, and legal expenses incurred by PickleSpotPH.
PickleSpotPH may submit agreement records, checkout confirmations, transaction logs, KYC records, usage records, booking details, wallet records, IP-related information, and other evidence to payment processors, banks, financial institutions, regulators, courts, dispute bodies, or legal representatives to contest invalid chargebacks, investigate fraud, or protect the platform.
Refund requests, payment disputes, chargebacks, compliance reviews, suspected fraud, booking disputes, marketplace disputes, or processor investigations may result in wallet holds, payout delays, payout deductions, payout reversals, balance adjustments, or recovery actions. Displayed wallet balances are subject to verification and do not guarantee immediate payout eligibility.
